Happy Birthday Sania Mirza: How The New Mom Is Getting Fitter While Enjoying Motherhood.

 Sania Mirza is celebrating her birthday today; this year’s birthday is very special for Sania, as this is her first birthday after becoming a mother. Sania is taking care of her son, and she is concentrating on her fitness when her son sleeps.

So it’s been 5 days since we came into this world .. Me as a mother and my little Izhaan as my son ❤️ we’ve even watched Baba play some cricket together since we’ve arrived 😀 it truly is the biggest match ,tournament achievement I’ve ever won or had and there is no feeling or blessing that can be greater than this.. I finally have gotten sometime after this overwhelming feeling to get online and check the msgs and love we have received. Shoaib and I feel truly blessed and humbled with the wishes and love that us as parents and Izhaan have received ❤️ Thank you to each and every one of you ..we love you right back! Sania never stayed home for months before, she is always a super active person. It was hard for Sania to stay at home and do nothing, but she had to as she was pregnant. Sania is slowly getting back to exercise routine.

Sania is nursing her son so she cannot starve right now. Sania is also having cravings. Sania is tough, so she is not giving up to her bad food cravings.

Sania is sticking to a plan suggested by her doctor. Protein is the important factor in Sania’s diet.  Flavored boiled meat, eggs and sugar free protein shakes are on Sania’s everyday food menu.

Sania also eats some vegetables. She is mostly staying away from fresh fruits due to fruit’s high sugar content.

No soft drink for Sania, she also does not eat potato chips.

Sania used to lift heavy weights, she is super strong. But as a new mom she has to cut down on her strength training.

Sania is back to gym, but for now she is only doing cardio workouts for an hour.

Sania is yet to lose all the extra weight she had to put on due to pregnancy, but the new mom is in no hurry, she wants to enjoy the best time of her life.

We hope Sania is having a great day with her son, husband Shoaib Malik and friends, family today.
