Sana is no longer baby Anjali of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. She is now a leading lady and she is super stunning. The young actress spends her time either in Los Angeles or in Mumbai. But no matter where she lives fitness is always her top priority.

So since this is absolutely my favorite healthy Yet so yummmmmy chocolate breakfast, cause everyone needs some chocolate ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿซ now and then ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ Thought Iโ€™d be kind and share the recipe with you โ™ฅ๏ธ๐Ÿ’‹ In a blender – 1 banana 2 dates 1/2 a cup of milk ( I use nut milk or coconut milk ) 1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao/ cocoa powder If you want to get some protein in you can add a scoop of protein powder/ and you can also switch the banana for vanilla/ chocolate protein powder. In a Jar – 4 tbsp oats 2 tbsp of broken walnuts ( or nut of choice ) 1 tbsp almond butter ( if you donโ€™t have nut butter just throw some cashew or soaked almonds in the blender too ) Now pour the mixture into the jar, stir it and leave it overnight in the refrigerator. For toppings I usually throw in some dark chocolate chips/ nuts/ extra almond butter or coconut flakes depending on my MOOOOOD. So offcourse you get to decide that ๐Ÿ’‹ It takes less than 15min to prepare which makes it even better then the taste itself ๐Ÿ˜ˆ Hope you like it. Sending tons of LOVE HUGS AND KISSES ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜˜

The young woman loves to inspire her fans, she shares healthy recipes and yoga poses. Her Instagram page is full of videos of her working out, both in Mumbai and in California.

Sana is super fit. But the actress admitted she loves her food and she does not want to give up her favorite meals, at the same time she does not want to consume sugar or excess salt with her meals. So she makes sugar free, low sodium meals at home. She enjoys delicious meals without compromising on health.

Sana enjoys Pilates, hot yoga, strength training, and cardio exercises at gym. She also loves to dance, as a Hindi film actress she needed to learn dancing which she loved. Dancing also made her a more confident person.
