Varun Dhawan, Sidharth Malhotra, Hrithik Roshan, John Abraham, all these super fit male actors have something in common, they all admitted it is Salman who inspired them to join the gym and build muscles.
Salman entered Bollywood as a thin young guy, some directors refused to take him as the lead because he looked very thin. Salman wanted to change his body; he decided to join the gym like his best friend Sanjay Dutt.
Salman used to love ghee added paratha but to change his body he decided to follow a protein rich diet plan. Salman is following this diet plan for 30 years now.
Salman Khan Diet Plan
Breakfast: Egg whites and a glass of fat free milk.
Lunch: Homemade chapatti (two), boiled vegetables and grilled chicken.
Dinner: Grilled fish with vegetable soup.
Snacks: Nuts and protein bars.
Salman do not use white sugar in his tea or coffee, he cut off sugar from his diet 30 years ago.
Salman Khan Exercise Plan
Salman used to work on his arms, legs and abs every day. He lifted heavy weights. But due to body pain and work Salman can no longer train like he used to.
Salman adapted well to his age and busy life, he took up cycling, he does not take his car when he goes to Mumbai studios to shoot. Salman uses his bicycle. He burns up to 1000 calorie a day by doing so, and he loves this because it is good for environment also.
Salman is 53 years old today. But he looks way younger than his age. He is one who star who everyone loves.
