Happy birthday Amitabh Bachchan sir. The brightest icon of Bollywood is 76, but that does not mean he is sitting at home and watching TV, Big B is working like a man half his age. So how does Big B stays active at this age? Here are his top five tips to stay healthy and happy.
No non-veg food
Big B is a stick vegetarian. But since he has other health issues he stays away from raw salads and fruits. Big B eats daal, chapatti and nuts; he also drinks a glass of non-fat milk every day. Big B consumes only organically grown foods.
Alcohol not allowed
Big B is the only Bollywood actor who does not drink alcohol. Big B does attend parties but he does not drink, he does not even drink Pepsi or Coke as they are not good for health.
Big B who is famous for holding a cigarette stylishly on screen does not smoke in real life.
Sugar not allowed
White sugar is like poison for Big B, so he does not eat any desserts. Big B though drinks sugar free natural shakes once in a while.
Workout and sleep
Apart from walking and jogging, Big B also does gym workouts with a trainer. He also makes sure he gets eight to ten hours of sleep every day.
