Manju is 42 now but it is hard to believe she is over 40! She looks way younger and she is full of energy. Manju has millions of fans and they want to know how she stays so slim. Manju recently shared her diet and exercise routine. Manju’s routine is basic and one does not need to be a celebrity like her to follow the routine.
Manju does not eat any processed food. She may stay at hotels for longer days while shooting but she tells hotel cook to cook her meals without spices and oil. She keeps eating boiled food. Junk food, cold drinks are no-no for her. She never orders take outs.
Manju eats fruits, vegetables and drinks glasses of plain water. She keeps eating small bites all day to avoid unhealthy food cravings.
Being a professional dancer it is easy for Manju to burn calories. She dances for two hours daily and that burns her something like 1000 calories. Apart from dancing she also does free hand workouts and goes for long walks when she has time.
We hope Manju will continue to sign like this forever.
