Mahesh Babu is celebrating his birthday today and he may eat a small piece of cake to celebrate his special day, but he will exercise harder tomorrow to burn those extra calories. Mahesh looks super fit, he has a trainer, and he follows a super strict diet plan. His trainer revealed his fitness secrets in an exclusive interview.
Mahesh Babu Diet Plan
Breakfast: Egg whites and spinach.
Lunch: Boiled chicken with boiled green vegetables
Dinner: Grilled fishes and veggies.
Snack: Protein shakes.
Mahesh also loves drinking plain water; his trainer encourages him to drink more plain water. Mahesh has great skin for a man of his age because he drinks tons of water every day.

Mahesh Babu is not one of those men who believe in building great abs and ignore the rest of body parts. Mahesh does not care for six-packs; instead he wants an overall toned body.
Everyday Mahesh concentrates on a different body part, so he has leg days, arm days and abdomen days, along with that he does cardio for one hour to burn his food calories.
If you see Mahesh’s social media pages you will know he also enjoys life, so he cheats on his diet and exercise to have fun with his wife and kids. But Mahesh makes sure he only cheats on his diet and exercise once in a while and not on regular basis.
