Karisma Kapoor Diet Plan
Breakfast: Egg, wholegrain bread or berry fruit salad and Yogurt.
Lunch: Berry salad or smoothie with handful of nuts.
Dinner: Vegetable soup and some raspberries for dessert.
This diet is not easy to follow, and the foods Karisma eats are very expensive. But if you can do it then you will get unbelievable result.

Karisma has two kids, she does not get a lot of time to spend inside a gym. But she works out whenever she can. She does weight training, yoga, running, Pilates to burn food calories.
