Blake does not eat gluten or Soya. The pretty actress admits this is not as easy as it sounds. Most organic products she uses has soya in some amount, so she had to find new products.
The Gossip Girl actress loves her sweets. Though she can no longer consume cupcakes, but Berries make tastier option.
Gluten free bread, eggs, fruits in limited amount, vegetables, olive oil, fish and chicken salad are some of the meals Blake eats on daily basis.
She and her husband have a trainer; they do whatever he tells him to do.
