Happy Birthday Abhishek Bachchan, junior Bachchan turned 43 today. Abhishek managed to appear younger than his age; he still looks like a young guy. Abhishek was never fat, he has tall and thin frame like his father Amitabh Bachchan. But Abhishek admitted he always had issues with food, he loves junk food. But with age he matured and these days he somehow manages to avoid eating junk food. His wife actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is also a fitness fanatic and she inspires him to eat healthy.
Abhishek eats six meals a day. He eats oatmeal and skim milk for breakfast. He eats nuts or fruits as snacks. Lunch is always brown bread, lentil soup and salad. Dinner is light and consists of vegetable soup and a small piece of bread.
Abhishek is very flexible with his diet and exercise. He is okay if he does not get any time to go to gym. He does not care for six pack abs, instead he wants to stay fit, he runs, jogs, go for long walks with his wife and daughter.
Abhishek is no longer just an actor; he is also a very successful business man. His sports teams also inspire him to stay fit and healthy.
