Global Star Nargis Fakhri Made Age Just A Number But How?
Can you believe Nargis Fakhri is closer to 40 and 30? It is hard to imagine Nargis will turn 40 on October 20th. Nargis definitely needs to write a book on her diet and fitness, we want to know how she still looks like a twenty something cute girl!
Nargis is yet to write a book on her fitness but recently she talked about her diet and exercise when she attended XYoga Dubai Festival. Here is what she said about her daily routine.
Nargis said she does not have a routine for both diet and yoga. She does some specific workouts; eat foods that contain no white sugar. It is hard for someone like her to maintain a fitness chart; she is always on the move for films and modelling work.
Nargis wakes up and does some Yoga moves; yoga gives her a strong back. Yoga also helps her with stress. Nargis never had blood sugar issue; she does not any food that has white sugar. Nargis eats fruits and eggs for breakfast.
Since Nargis eats her lunch and dinner at movie sets for most days, she does not get lots of meal options. She chooses smartly from the available set food. She only eats salads, proteins.
Nargis loves dancing, 45 minutes spinning classes and strength training for exercises.
Nargis is busy with her international and Bollywood films. Her fans are missing her but she promised she has finally found films that she wants to do and she is coming back soon.
We cannot watch beautiful Nargis in Bollywood films again.
