Esha does not follow a specific diet chart; according to her planning meals never work if you want to stay fit forever. She does not eat certain foods, she stays away from glutens. But she can eat a meal of her choice if the food is cooked with the ingredients she is allowed to eat.
Esha is a vegetarian. Esha depends heavily on breakfast because she eats her dinner early. Esha told a magazine that she needs to eat something as soon as she gets up, otherwise she feels dizzy.
