We call Sidharth Malhotra the most desirable man. We think it is impossible to look as good as him. Sid has everything, a good physique, a once in a million face and a winning personality. However for Sid outer look is not as important as his inner health. Starting his career as a model helped him realize how important it is to keep his body in shape, and for that one needs to do exercise every day without giving any excuse at all.

Sid follows a strict diet plan and exercises religiously. Here is a list of foods Sid eats daily.

Sidharth Malhotra Diet Plan

Breakfast: Eggs and fruits.

Lunch: Chicken boiled and green leafy vegetables.

Dinner: Fish and veggies.

Snacks: Nuts.

Notice something very important about Sid’s daily diet; he only eats nature made foods. He does not care for energy bar, sugar substitutes and fruit juices. Sid also drinks sufficient water every day.

Sidharth Malhotra Exercise Plan

Sidharth admits there are days when he has no energy to workout but he goes to the gym anyway. He puts on his exercise outfit and shoe and he starts doing cardio as soon as he reaches gym.  This does the trick, he gets his energy back.

Sid does cardio, strength training and power yoga every day. He ever misses exercise; he only stays at hotel with gym.

So be like Sid and never take your health for granted.
