Sushmita Sen made us proud way back in 1994. Decades went by but Sushmita looks as fresh as she did when she won Miss Universe title. So what keeps her youth intact? We will tell you one by one.

Diet

Sushmita admits she is not crazy about food and unlike most Bengali people she does not have a sweet tooth. Sushmita started working as a model when she was a teen and she is following a strict diet since then.

Sushmita eats egg whites, broccoli, boiled new potato, fish cooked in olive oil, vegetables soup in small portion every day. ย Seasonal fruits and almonds are her only snacks.

Sushmita drinks a glass of red wine once in a while. She stays away from caffeine.

Exercise

Sushmita and her Rohman Shawl work out together. They practice power yoga together. Sushmita is looking better than ever thanks to the yoga/dance workout she is doing every day.
