Ankita admitted that she did not diet or exercise at the beginning of her acting career. But with age she understood importance of regular physical exercise. She hired a trainer and became serious about her fitness.
Ankita does not like soups or salads. She loves and eats seasonal fruits. Ankita eats homemade brown bread and oil free vegetable curry for lunch and dinner. She eats fruit salads and nuts for breakfast.
Ankita does not eat sweets; she does not drink or smoke. Homemade clean Indian meals keep her skin glowing.
Ankita Lokhande Exercise Plan
Ankita loves kick boxing. She is doing kick boxing for almost seven years now. Ankita runs and jogs to burn calories. She is a trained dancer and she loves dancing whenever she gets time.
Ankita believes she is blessed with good metabolism and she never lived an indiscipline lifestyle so keeping her weight in check was never an issue for her.
