Vidya understands why some women just cannot lose weight. Vidya is an active person and she eats very healthy. She watches her portions but she still appears healthier sometimes due to her hormonal issues. Vidya takes medication for her health issues and they make her look bloated. As a young kid she felt bad but now she understands she cannot be pencil thin. So she just wants to stay healthy. She is happy with her body.
Vidya works out and she is very fit. That is what matters to her and her doctor. Vidya is far from being fat. But she is healthier than new generation actresses. So she receives body-shaming. Good thing is Vidya is strong and she did not give up to all the pressure.
