Diet And Fitness Tips From Sonali Bendre: Stay Fit After 40.
Most women find it hard to lose weight after they cross 40, but Sonali Bendre is not among those women. Sonali celebrated her 40th birthday three years ago, but you will not believe that, Sonali is as beautiful as she was years ago at the time of her Bollywood debut.
During an interview Sonali admitted she never struggled with weight, but she still maintains a healthy routine as she is growing older. Sonali also exercises every day.
Here are Sonali’s diet and exercise plan which can also help fans over 40, or any woman who is finding it hard to maintain a healthy weight.
Sonali Bendre Diet Plan
Breakfast: Eggs, Yogurt, Spinach and mushroom
Lunch: A large salad made with her favorite vegetables
Dinner: Vegetable salad
Sonali follows a low sugar diet plan so she limits her intake of fruits, carbonated drinks and white sugar are her enemies and she avoids them at all cost.
Sonali Bendre Exercise Plan
Like other Bollywood actresses Sonali also depends on a personal trainer to keep her fit. Sonali works out for an hour every day. She does cardio and strength training.
Sonali has dogs; she and her son take their dogs out for long walks.
Even though Sonali is not doing any films at the moment she is still busier than ever, she has a book club and she is also spokesperson for various good causes.
