According to Kardashian dietician here is what Kardashian women eat every day.
Kardashian Diet Plan
Breakfast: One boiled egg, Avocado, coffee with organic almond milk.
Lunch: Chicken, one egg, organic tomato, basil and cucumber salad with a drop of extra virgin olive oil.
Snacks: Protein bar.
Dinner: Grilled fish and salad.
Three liters of water every day.

Kardashian women have trainers. They travel with their trainers. Yoga, strength training, Pilates, running, walking, swimming, aerobics are all part of Kardashian exercise routine. The main idea behind a variety of exercises is to make sure these women do not feel bored.
