Celebrity Fitness: Sonakshi Sinha Now Has Abs All Thanks To Trainer Namrata Purohit.
Sonakshi Sinha lost weight before joining Bollywood. Sona starved herself and worked out for hours to lose extra kilos. But Sona stopped doing fad diets and excessive workouts after she became an actress. She was happy with her body.
However, in 2017 Sona thought she could tone her body even more and she also wanted more energy. So she decided to contract Namrata Purohit, Namrata is Kareena Kapoor Khan and Katrina Kaif’s trainer. Namrata had multiple sessions with Sonakshi and then she customized a diet and fitness plan to suit Sona’s body type.
Sonakshi’s Abs diet
Sonakshi used to eat cereals, milk, brown bread and daal. But Namrata made her eat chicken, boiled vegetables, and eggs more. Namrata wanted Sona to eat more protein to build muscle. Sona listened to Namrata, and her changed diet gave her a well-toned feminine body. Sonakshi also developed abs due to low curb high protein diet.

Namrata and Sonakshi started working together last year, but in beginning it was tough, Sona did not like what Namrata asked her to do. So Namrata had to research to make a plan which will make Sonakshi happy.
Namrata did it; she made a plan just for Sonakshi. The actress now works out with Namrata five times a week, two hours at a time. The routine is combination of Yoga, Pilates and strength training.
Bollywood people used to call Sona chubby and now they want to be as fit as her. Sonakshi went through an inspiring fitness journey.
