Immediately after giving birth Kareena consulted her dietician Rujuta Diwekar. Kareena wanted to follow a juice diet plan, like she did for Tashan, but Rujuta did not allow her to do so. Kareena is a working mom, a wife; she has responsibilities, so she needs energy. So Rujuta suggested a balanced diet for Kareena, thankfully the actress listened. Here is what Kareena ate to lose weight,
- Fruit and vegetable salads with no added calories.(Kareena only eats organic vegetables and fruits)
- Whole grains
- Limited amount of salt
- No white sugar, bread or rice
- One table spoon organic ghee
- Unlimited plain water
