Manisha Koirala was lucky enough to beat cancer. Manisha was shocked to hear her cancer diagnosis at first, and she was not sure of her future, but thanks to good treatment she is cancer free for years now. Manisha used to drink a lot and she did not care for healthy meals. She was living a carefree and undisciplined lifestyle. Cancer was her wakeup call and she knew to live for a long time she needs to make some changes.

Breakfast: Organic eggs and oatmeal
Snack: Organic fruits
Lunch: Organic vegetables and lean protein of her choice

The key word is organic, Manisha does not eat regular produce, her foods have to be organic, she is a cancer survivor so she has to be careful.
Manisha Koirala Exercise Plan
Manisha cannot exercise for hours due to her health; however she stays active for most part of the day. She jogs, swims, and does cardio workout at gym.
Manisha is happy now and she credits her cancer diagnosis for her happiness. She turned a curse to a blessing.
