Can You Follow Saif Ali Khan’s Protein Only Diet For Faster Weight Loss?

Before describing Saif Ali Khan’s protein only diet in details we should tell you that Saif does not follow this diet on regular basis. Saif only follows this super restrictive diet if he needs to lose weight quickly for a role. He does not do it alone; he has a trainer and a dietician. He is careful. So what does he do to lose 10 kg in one month?

Saif no sugar diet plan

Breakfast: Egg whites and one whole egg.

Lunch: Chicken steak with green colored leafy vegetable.

Dinner: Fish steak and vegetable soup.

Snack: Handful of nuts.

Saif does not intake any sugar during his fast weight loss phase. So black coffee, green tea and water become his only beverages.

Saif normally prefers to do free hand exercises at home when he is not trying to get in shape. But he becomes serious about his workout when he needs to lose weight quickly.  In some days he works out twice a day. He does push-ups, treadmill run, and weight lifting for an hour.

Saif became more health conscious after marrying wife Kareena Kapoor Khan. Kareena is healthy and lives a clean life. She also inspires Saif to eat better and workout regularly.
