Karan Johar once said he feels that he made Alia Bhatt conscious about her body weight. Karan revealed Alia panics if she sees one lb. weight gain. Alia works really hard to maintain her lean body; she never cheats on her diet either.

Alia Bhatt Every Day Diet

Alia does not party, so in most days she goes to bed by 10 pm. She wakes up by 7 am every morning. Meditation is must for Alia; she does eat in empty stomach. Alia starts her day with a glass of warm water; she eats organic green tea after that.

Breakfast is always a bowl of seasonal fruits (organic).  Snacks are nuts. Lunch is oatmeal and vegetables, dinner consist of a bowl of soup and a small brown bread.

Alia is a vegetarian and she eats last meal of the day two hours before going to bed.

Alia Bhatt Exercise Plan

Yasmin Karachiwala makes sure Alia comes to gym every day. Yasmin even travels with Alia. The actress works out twice a day, Alia does not want her food calories to store inside her body.

Alia’s workout session can last from one to two hours, depending on availability of her time.

Alia lifts weight, runs of treadmill, does Aerobics on Treadmill (an advanced workout), and performs battle rope exercise every day. She burns up to 1000 calories during one workout session.
