Amit Sadh is busy making headlines for multiple OTT releases. Amit is on top of his game. Women like his cute face and tones physique, men want to be as fit as him. Amit did not get this body by chance; he is working hard on his physique ever since his high school days. His dad inspired him to be fit.

Amit works out every day and he is careful about his diet. Below is an example of his everyday routine when he is at home.

Diet

Breakfast: Eggs and gluten free oats.

Snacks: Sweetest seasonal fruits like watermelon or mango.

Lunch: Half cup brown rice and grilled fish cooked with olive oil.

Snacks: Nuts and vegetables, protein shakes.

Dinner: Grilled chicken or mutton.

Amit drinks black tea, coffee and water. He also cheats on his diet with mutton biryani because he wants to shock his body.

 Exercise

Apart from usual strength training Amit also runs outside and does 500 push-ups every day to keep his body in top shape. Amit swims a lot to relax his muscles. He takes ice baths to avoid muscle pain.
