Big Boss 13 Favorite Dalljiet Kaur had a hard time getting her pre-pregnancy body back. She loved her food, and pressure of motherhood got to her. She was eating junk foods to keep her energy level high. But at the same time she was feeling bad as she was aware she needed to get in shape for her television assignments. So one day she decided to change, and she started working out.

Dalljiet loves her food. She is also a mother. Since she always made her son her biggest priority she had to come up with a diet plan that does not require too much effort. So instead of a plan she decided to eat only nature made foods.

Dalljiet ate fruits, vegetables, and did not add extra fat in her meals. She was eating bland meals and she was okay with that. Fruit salads and boiled vegetables became her staple diet.

The actress went to gym at night, when her son was asleep. She did regular cardio and very soon she started losing weight.
