Ananya Pandey’s secret for avoid weight gain is simple, make exercise part of daily routine and eat only healthy meals. Ananya is young but that does not mean she eats pizza every day. She does eat pizza/chocolates but only once in a while, and she eats only one or two bites of junk food.
Here are the foods Ananya eats every day.
Ananya Pandey Diet Plan
Breakfast: Egg whites, one whole egg and a cup of low fat milk.
Snacks: Nuts and filter coffee without sugar.
Lunch: Grilled fish and vegetables.
Dinner: Grilled chicken and small amount of vegetable.
Evening snack: Coconut water.
If Ananya craves for something unhealthy she eats some nuts and her craving goes away.
Ananya Pandey Exercise Plan
Ananya exercises every day. Kareena Kapoor Khan, Malaika Arora, and Ananya’s mother Bhavna Pandey inspire her to try new forms of exercises. Anya does Yoga, cardio, Pilates, swimming every day. She spends more than an hour inside gym every day.
Ananya loves to dance and she is learning to be a better dancer ever since she started her Bollywood career. Dancing also keeps her fit.
