Akshara Haasan is one of the most promising new faces of Indian cinema. Akshara comes from a prestigious family, her dad Kamal is a legendary actor, her mom Sharika was a good actress and her sister Shruti is currently the top female star of South Indian cinema. Akshara’s immediate family members are not only talented but they are also very fit, they inspired Akshara to stay fit also.
Akshara Haasan Diet Plan
Akshara is not into following any specific diet plan, yet, she is still young so she eats almost anything, but in moderation of course.
Akshara loves her salads and soups, but at the same time she also enjoys a small serving of pasta or bread on occasions.
Akshara does not eat junk food; she tries to order healthy food while eating out.
Fruits and vegetables are part of Akshara’s daily diet.
Akshara Haasan Workout Routine
As mentioned earlier, Akshara is still very young and she is naturally thin, she does not need to do anything special to maintain her weight. But inspired by her dad and sister, she recently started taking her exercise more seriously.
Akshara does cardio and strength training five days a week, she has a trainer now.
