Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s diet and exercise plan is as beautiful as her. She does not believe in drinking meal replacement shakes or taking weight loss pills. Aishwarya follows age old method of diet and exercise to keep her figure in shape.
Unlike today’s heroines Aishwarya does not believe in following a strict diet, she does not even have a trainer. Here are some of the rules she follows to maintain optimum health.
Aishwarya believes a strong immune system is most important. She starts her day by drinking a glass of warm water with lemon. She does not add honey because of its sugar contain. Breakfast is always egg whites, and fruits.
Aishwarya tries to avoid sugar as much as she can. She eats fruits but avoid drinking fruit juices.
Lunch is grilled fished and some boiled green colored vegetable.
Aishwarya takes light dinner before 7 pm. She mostly drinks clear soup for dinner.
If she gets hungry in between meals, she eats a small piece of fruit.
Like another beauty Madhuri Dixit Nene Aishwarya also believes Yoga and dancing are best form of exercises.
She also goes running with her daughter.
Aishwarya started her modeling career at an early age, she loves her food but she also understands she needs to stay healthy to be on top of her game. So Aish gave up her love for spicy dishes because they made her feel lethargic and her face looked bloated.
Aishwarya is over 45 but she looks way younger thanks to her disciplined lifestyle.
