Malang trailer is released and fans cannot stop talking about how hot Aditya Roy Kapur is looking. Aditya is a handsome man but he never looked this fit. If you read the diet and exercise plan Aditya followed to achieve the as then you will say he deserves all the praises he is receiving.

We will tell you what Aditya ate and did inside the gym to achieve his new unbelievable body.

Aditya woke up and drank lukewarm lemon water to clean his system.  He ate his first meal of the day after sometimes.

First meal was oats and eggs, egg whites. No oil, butter or ghee is used to cook the eggs. He ate boiled eggs only.

Lunch was boiled chicken and lettuce or spinach.

Dinner was either fish or chicken.

Snacks were sugar free protein shakes with some unprocessed nuts.

Aditya did not drink coffee, tea or alcohol. He also did not eat rice or bread. This diet plan is not for everyone.

Exercise

Director told Aditya that he needs to lose 7 kgs to play his character in Malang.  Aditya wanted to lose fat but at the same time he wanted to look masculine.

Weight training, functional training and cardio for two hours gave Aditya his dream body.
