Actress Vidyullekha Raman has the most charming smile; she is mesmerizing fans with her memorable performances since she is a young girl. Vidyullekha recently shared a stunning picture of herself but it was the caption she wrote that caught our attention. Vidyullekha said she did not actually feel confident when she was overweight. Her recent weight loss did wonder to her confidence.

Vidyullekha is more than happy to share her weight loss journey with her fans to inspire them. She started her weight loss journey from February 2019.

Diet

Vidyullekha mentioned on an Instagram post that she does not diet; she found some super foods which helps her in weight loss. The actress eats Mexican salad with avocado, eggs, chicken salad, fresh fruits and vegetables. She eats clean by not adding white salt and sugar to her meals.

Exercise

Vidyu said she exercises every day now. She lifts weights, runs on Treadmill, and does whatever her trainer suggests her to do.

Vidyu took her time to lose weight. She wanted to get healthier, rather than just lose weight. She says her newfound confidence will help her perform better in front of the camera.
