Like Prithviraj actress Parvathy Thiruvothu is also inspiring fans to build muscles and get stronger during downtime. Not much is going on work wise and most have us have free time in hand. Binge eating is a serious problem and some of us are feeling lethargic, celebrities like Parvathy are inspiring fans to pick up the dumbbell and leave the remote control for some time.

Parvathy’s healthy diet

Parvathy recently revealed that the best thing she did for her body is to stop eating all kinds of non-veg food. The actress believes all the antibiotics used on animal body to produce more meats harms immune system, so she gave up meat.

Parvathy only eats organically produced vegetables and fruits. Her only cheat meal is Banana chips, which is made in her hometown. She works out more to eat banana chips.

Exercise

Parvathy has a trainer, however due to covid-19 these days she works out at home. She is trying to improve her stamina so she is concentrating on strength training.

Parvathy also does cardio to burn her food calories.

Parvathy lives a clean life and that helps her to stay fit.
