Parineeti Chopra is back on the grind, working with big banners. Parineeti left her fans puzzled when she decided to take a break from Bollywood only two years after making debut. But Parineeti believes she needed that break.
Parineeti explains the reason, one of her most awaited films failed to do well at the box office and that made her depressed. But more than that, Parineeti did not like the way she looked. She felt fat and she scolded herself, she told herself that she has no right to look like this. She cannot be a top actress with all that body fat. It was her wake up call.
Parineeti told herself, enough is enough, she joined the gym. Parineeti got rid of sugar, salt added foods and drinks from her home. She started eating only nature made foods. Fruits became her only snack. She also ate small vegetables, lean protein for nutrition. Parineeti drank water at regular interval.
Priyanka Chopra is not only Parineeti’s cousin but she is also her life inspiration. Priyanka loves working out; Parineeti got the habit of doing yoga, Pilates from Priyanka. She became serious about her exercise and soon she lost all that extra weight.
Parineeti was seen as girl next door beauty when she made her Bollywood debut but thanks to her weight loss she became one of the hottest actresses around.
