Can Overweight People With Heart Issues Rely On Vitamin Supplements As Much On Exercise
According to study, 50% of the world’s populations are the overweight people and few of them are known for their heart problems. Overweight people with heart problems are often asked to exercise or go for a regular walk. Recent studies say an overweight person with heart problem can rely on vitamin C supplements which help to give them the same benefits they get from exercise. Lead researcher Caitlin Dow from the university of Colorado, boulder shared that according to him, there was a study conducted to prove whether vitamin C supplements can prove in giving equal benefits as much as exercise.
Surprisingly, the study proved that exercise can help to reduce endotheklin-1, but doing regular exercise can be really difficult for obese people. Researchers also said that physical workout is better for metabolism function but those people who are much obese or unable to walk are can rely on vitamin supplement as a correct health problem. However, taking too much of vitamin C can cause problems like diarrhea, Nausea and stomach cramps. So a fully grown adult must not take vitamin C supplements more than 2000 mg.
