Big Boss Star Rashmi Desai Has A Secret Soup For Weight Loss!
Rashmi Desai was the most popular contestant on last year’s Big Boss. Rashmi was wise during her time at the Big Boss house, she exercised and ate sensibly. She looked gorgeous during taping of season finale.
Rashmi is one of the few actresses who admitted her insecurities about maintaining weight. Rashmi was thin when she started her career but due to some issues she gained weight. She lost weight and gained again, haters made her feel bad, but with age she learned to accept her body as it is.
For special shoots Rashmi sometimes need to lose weight quickly. She has her special soup for that. Below is the recipe for Rashmi’s special diet soup.
Rashmi’s Diet Soup
Ingredients: Capsicum, corn, carrots, chilli, onion, garlic, ginger, tomato, olive oil and spinach.
Put one table spoon extra virgin olive oil in soup pan. Cut all the vegetables and put all of them in apart from tomato. Cook the veggies for five minutes, add the tomato and salt according to own taste. Add enough water for veggies to soft. Once the veggies are cooked add some more water and cover the pan.
Stir the soup and turn off the gas once you get the right consistency. Do not add cornflower or sauce because this is a weight loss soup.
Rashmi drinks this soup thrice a day for two weeks or so to lose weight. This is a healthy soup and everyone can drink it.
Apart from drinking soup Rashmi also workout out in gym to get the body shape she wants.
