In an exclusive talk, she speaks about her complete journey by telling, she would also go to zero sizes if any of the movies demands with this requirement. However, let’s share the weight loss plan of Bhumi, and stop Bhumi from dieting till she actually disappears.
In just 4 months she wrapped up to lose 21 kg of weight happily, which was first highlighted with her perfectly tones and pinches waistline. She says, putting down weights was not at all easy for her, as she is overweighted since childhood. She played badminton, volleyball and swimming to get rid of these extra fats effectively. She always shared food to be her soul without which she cannot think about even living on this planet. She ate what she liked and never took back her hands over them.
She used to drink lots and lots of water which helped her to resist her hunger by further accumulating fats. She always looked backed on Missi roti, Sarasso ka saag and chicken but this was in her earlier days. She preferred more of home cooked meals and a little of juice accompanied every time, to get her stomach filled completely. She preferred Neem juice or Tulsi juice, which would keep her healthy as well as away from diseases. She ate Roti which is purely made from Chane ka Aata and her breakfast started from a large bowl of fruits and peanuts with some berries or cornflake sometimes.
She loved to snack over a bowl of salad with her lunch and because she craved for cheese every time she included half of it in the lunch too. She drank aloe Vera juice 5 times a week and also loved to relish anything made out of kale and spinach. This is because kale and spinach are great Detox to the body, which can help to flush the toxins out.
