- Get some smaller plate. After 40 body’s metabolism slows down. Eating large meals puts pressure on digestive system and causes bloating.
- Eat nature’s gifts. Buy fruits and vegetables of every color. Go for locally produced and seasonal plants for maximum health benefits.
- Instead of three large meals consider eating six small meals frequently. This will improve your metabolism.
- Eat for eight hours and then fast for sixteen hours till next day’s breakfast. This will give you a flatter stomach and will improve your mental health.
- Eat the sweetest fruit you can buy for 4 p.m. desert craving. No more white sugar dessert.
- Alcohol should be consumed in moderation. Same for all other cheat meals. Once a month should be enough.
- Drink black tea and coffee. Dairy and sugar are not good for body, especially for a middle aged body.
- Walk for at least an hour twice a day if possible. Do not consume more than 1500 calories per day if you are a woman and a man should restrict his calorie intake to 1800 calories per day.
