Weight watchers have always been proven useful for people who want to lose weight and worked towards it. Here is a perfect 7-day watchers menu plan that every person should try to observe a difference in his weight.

You should eat one cup of boiled spinach and one boiled egg in the morning. You can eat some fresh veggies garnished with some herbs in the afternoon at lunch. Try to make it with soup in the evening or night.

Try eating crustless asparagus quiche in the morning and fiesta chicken soup in the evening. Much on with skinny quinoa skillet supper at night.

Eat skinny berry parfait in morning and turkey and cheese flat-out wrap at the noon. Repeat eating skinny quinoa with black beans.
