1. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.

2. Eat more fish
Fish is a source of protein and also contains more vitamins and minerals. It also treats various problems in the human body and provides important vitamins and minerals needed by them.
3. No to sugar
Cut down on sugar and saturated sugar in your diet especially if you are petite and suffering from diabetes or cholesterol. Too much sugar increases the level of cholesterol in the blood.
4. Eat less Salt.
Try to eat less salt in your diet. On an average, you should have 1.5 g of salt to per 100g of food and if it crosses this limit, you may be in trouble after some years.
5. Get active
All you need to do some yoga, go for walking or do some work in your daily routine. It prevents diseases like heart stroke and cancer.
