Lots of people who are a smoker have a habit of smoking before bed when these people try to quit smoking they face trouble falling asleep. Try listening to soft music and drink less coffee to cope with the situation.


All of a sudden you may want to eat a lot of unhealthy foods, but be careful as it will cause weight gain.


You may get irritated all the time as you are not getting the thing you want most, reading good books and long walks will help.

So be strong and give up smoking.
