Lots of Fried Food Has Proved to Increase the Risk of Heart Attack
People around the world eating much of fried food always having more risk of heart attack compared to those who are healthy and happy. According to various research and studies, more than 17,000 people in the United States have faced highest heart diseases and if not, they will face heart attack in next six years. Regardless of your age, sex and gender anyone eating fried food or munching southern style diet always risk at heart attack and anyone eatings lots of fried food must be aware of the disadvantages and effects of such food. This study includes 45 or older both African-American men and women, who didn’t have any heart disease first but later contracted due to fried foods.
All you can do is trying cutting down fried foods or processed meats from every day to three days as a start, you should try substituting baked or grilled chicken or meat, which is much healthier and beneficial for health. The problem of heart diseases was detected when participants were interviewed over the phone and asked about their health. Any person who ate lots of fried food was interviewed again after few months and the survey concluded it with heart diseases. People following southern style eating habit were the major target of heart diseases compared to Mexican style, sweet style, and Chinese style food. The Southern style also includes consumption of eggs and bacon.
