Belly Fat Diet Plan
Breakfast: Egg whites (4 for women 6 for men) and half cup gluten free oatmeal. (Use turmeric, salt, garlic, tomato to make the oatmeal tasteful.)
Snacks: One cucumber and one spoon homemade sugar free peanut butter.
Lunch: Two oranges, one banana and 200 grams boiled chicken.
Snacks: Five almonds, a cucumber and one date to satisfy 4 pm sugar craving.
Dinner: Tomato soup with carrots and onion. Do not add any oil; add a teaspoon oats for thickness. It will feel you up.
Try to finish your dinner by 7 pm and then do not anything before 7 am next morning.
You cannot eat white potatoes, rice and bread on this diet. It is tough but you have to remember it is only for a month.
The diet is low calorie one so do not need lots of exercise, all you need to do is go for an hour of speed walk every day for 30 days.
