This is also known as the awkward pose. You need to stand on the floor in tadasana position and raise your arms in the perpendicular line. Now join the palms slowly and inhale and exhale continuously. Bend little of your knees by keeping your spine and shoulders straight.
Also known as the eagle poses. Stand in Tadasana pose. Bend your knees, lift up your left leg, bend it a little and then try to wrap it around your right leg. Do the same trick with your hands and slowly join them too. Maintain the posture for 30 sec.
Stand on the floor in Tadasana pose. Lift up your right leg in front of your body. It should be at a 90-degree angle with the floor without bending the legs or knees. Now raise your hand with the legs and stand for 30 sec.
Lie down on the floor on your belly with your belly touching the ground. Lift your legs upward in the backward direction and try to hold your feet with the hands. Stretch the spine as much as you can.
Lie down on the floor on your back. Keep your legs straight. Lift up your left leg at a 90-degree angle in the upward direction and fold it from the knee. Now, lift up your head off the floor and try to touch your chin to your left knee. Try the same activity with the right leg too.
