UK Scotland First Case Of Ebola Virus Disease

The first case of Ebola has been diagnosed tonight on the British soil in a health worker in Glasgow. She, an NHS nurse, is apprehended to have contracted the virus at Sierra Leaone where she had been treating the patients suffering presumably from this fatal disease. She is under treatment at the specialist unit of infectious Diseases at Glasgow of Gartnavel Hospital, and her condition is reported to be stable. She returned to Scotland on Sunday night after working with Ebola hospital in Kerry Town adjacent to the capital town of Freetown. She was thoroughly screened at Sierra Leone and Heathrow, but no trace of the virus or symptom was detected. She is likely to be shift Free Hosed to the Royal, London, for high level of isolation. The authorities have decided to review the protocols and procedures concerning NHS workers, and all other staff members working at Sierra Leone.
